Gainesville, Florida · Coming Soon
A revitalized public course for the Gainesville community. Elevated feel. Accessible prices.
The Vision
Ironwood is for sale, and we intend to give it the future this city deserves. A public course built to honor the Gainesville community and carry its golf into a new generation.
We came up on Gainesville golf, and Ironwood has been part of our game for years. We believe a city course should belong to its city, open to every player Gainesville raises, from the kid taking a first swing to the regular who has played here for decades.
The Track is how we get there. A revitalized Ironwood with the energy of a private club and the welcome of a public one. A place with a dozen ways to play and room for everyone, where the next generation of Gainesville golf grows up and the whole city has a place to call its own.
“We're not building a course for tourists. We're building a course for Gainesville that tourists will want to play.”
Practice Facility
The biggest piece of our renovation, and the one the city needs most. A lit Trackman range, indoor simulator bays, the Dunk putting course, and the Mosquito pitch and putt. When the sun goes down, the lights come on.

Two indoor sim bays to play the world's great courses, take a lesson, or run a winter league. Golf that never rains out and never closes for the dark.
Year-round, weatherproof
Proudly brought to you by Future Country Club
An 18-hole putting course, lit after dark. Free for anyone with a Track Passport, which comes with your first round or is just $10 on your first visit. After that, putting is always on the house.

A nine-hole pitch and putt on a single old golf hole, with a massive practice green beside it. A few holes stay open all day, and the full nine opens in the evening once the day's last group clears the first hole. Grab a club and go.
The Course
We're bringing the whole course back to life. Better conditions, a smarter routing, and the kind of character that has you booking the next round before you leave the lot.
A full agronomic reset. New turf, smarter maintenance, and surfaces that finally roll true. Every putt does exactly what you ask of it.
We flip the nines and refine the sequence so the round builds the way it should. The old first hole opens up for the short game, and the back nine starts with a walk through the woods.
Fresh sand in every bunker, a few new ones with real teeth, rebuilt tee boxes, and healthier fairways from the first tee to the last green.
Beautiful, playable, and unmistakably Gainesville. A revitalized Ironwood the locals play every week and visitors plan a trip around.
Ways to Play
The Track is built to flex between serious golf, short-game fun, and a place to just hang out. Pitch and putt courses, a 19th hole, and a whole property that plays as a par 3.
A nine-hole pitch and putt built on a single old golf hole. A few holes stay open all day, and the full nine opens in the evening once the day's last group clears the first hole.
A short, fun 19th hole facing the clubhouse, where bets get settled with a gallery watching.
A secret par 3 threaded through the pines, golf played within the forest. Like nowhere else in Florida.
Every hole on the main course plays as a par 3 too, with its own tee and pin. A different round every day.
